HOTEL SURYA GRAND

I recently stayed at Hotel Surya Grand in Siliguri, and I must say, it is one of the best hotels. The hotel's prime location is one of its standout features—it's within walking distance to the bustling Hong Kong Market, making it extremely convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The hotel boasts spacious parking, which is a big plus in a busy town like Siliguri. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are spotless, and everything seemed to be in great working condition. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were taken care of. The food was also a highlight, with a good variety of options and quality taste. For the price, the experience was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Hotel Surya Grand to anyone visiting Siliguri. It's a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Well If I want to share my experience in one word than it will be just brilliant outstanding. Room- Room's are very Comfortable and housekeeping did a brilliant job in terms of maintaining the cleanliness and atmosphere of the room and the hotel linen were clean and the facilities that were provided very good Reception- my check-inexperience was just outstanding the amount of speed working the staff did just tremendous as I was travelling and I was tired the quickly allocated me the room F&B- room service we just outstanding & quick the continental breakfast was delicious and fruits were fresh. Staff behaviour-all the staff where very polite and helpful this is a brilliant job maintaining this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel in which I stayed for almost a week. - The property is squeaky clean and the housekeeping staff are always smiling and taking care of your stay as much as possible. - The front desk personals behaviour is very warm and they addressed all my queries and needs all the time. Also the rooms are of ample size, spacious with everything clean to the T. - And finally this is just 2 minutes walk to the prime Bidhan market at the same time covered by parking and lawn so very serene and silent. In future this is the place where i am going to stay every single time and would refer my friends and family as well

It was an amazing experience for us and hence rating Amazing/Excellent. Everything was perfect - great staff & service, spacious & clean room/ washroom, comfortable bed, decent wifi, and other amenities. The best part was the breakfast. Everything on the menu was amazing and tasted really good. They must have a very talented chef. The cherry on the cake is the location, very close to the Hong Kong market and other places. From the looks of it, it appeared as a new hotel and had everything in it to make it a great hotel. Everything, but the breakfast was the best.
