Best thing is that it has free car parking and the wonderful connectivity to Mall Road using its own lift from its 9th floor. It is really best part of this hotel. Every thing was satisfactory, amenities & food services were Much better. house keeping was not satisfactory. over all good experience with behavior of hotel & reception manager, well cooperative. hotel is near to Mall road, that is additional advantage of the location. thank. fully Satisfied with family in trip to shimla while staying in the hotel Surya.
