1. Only the reception and restaurant areas are centrally air-conditioned. Rooms have split ac and the corridors are hot. 2. Rooms and corridors have mosquitos. I had to request for anti mosquito device. 3. The weighing scale in the room had run out battery. Why keep the scale at all! 4. Food preparation is not good. The uttapams were undercooked and sambhar was with sugar! 5. The room, linen and property are clean and tidy. 6. Housekeeping staff is stingy about replenishing drinking water and tea sachets. 7. Location is good if you need to visit only KIIT, Offices in the vicinity or Nandankanan. Otherwise it is far from the city centre and airport. 8. I had put up DND on the door and slept early. But was woken up by a loud ring on the intercom. The call was from the kitchen enquiring if I would like to order dinner! What is the point of DND! 9. The intercom ringer volume cannot be toned down. It is like a loud doorbell! 10. Not worth the price if you have no business in the vicinity.

Very Clean Rooms, Very accommodating Staff, Good Food, Reasonable Prices and Exceptional Facilities for the Price. In addition Very Kind, helpful and Polite Staff. Location is also easy to find but not very noisy or crowded Area. All in all a 5 star review and would Highly recommend. Very Accommodating of the Family's requests in terms of extra beddings, food retrictions.

this was my second stay in suryansh high city. i was there for two nights. the rooms were clean. the bathroom had a lot of space. the tv was a big samsung. i had a wonderful time and will go again if i have to stay in that area of bhubaneswar.

Very nice hotel and courteous staffs. The rooms were excellent with very comfortable linens. The room service was pretty quick. Overall a pleasant and very comfortable stay. Looking forward to stay in this hotel again. Perfect family stay

I stayed here for two nights and everything was beyond my expectations. Very good and clean rooms and bathroom. Restaurant had a large variety and all the dishes I ordered were good. Staff is very polite and helpful.

I've never seen this sort of service and hospitality for this price. You guys have facilities equal to a 5-star property. Very well experienced. Whenever I visit Bhub again, I would love to come. Highly Recommended.
