1 Good location,2 Friendly staff,Negative: 1 hotel pics are misleading. They do not provide tea or coffee even in deluxe range room. 2 One would expect that mineral water would be provided in a hotel of this price range. The management needs to look at these basic amenities.

The hotel location is great. Friendly staffs. But the housekeeping management is horrible. I had to literally ask for every little thing like intercom, toiletries, hangers, daily room cleaning. The managers are inefficient. But staffs are good.

people forced me to cancel my booking so that they can take offline booking at higher rates (got this checked physically at the hotel), the rooms provided on the picture wasn't provided, the staff were rude.

Hotel was good. Rooms were clean and maintained. stuffs were so formal but not friendly. If they behave a little more friendly with the guests then the stay can be more comfortable for the guests.
