I stayed there for 3 days during my solo business trip to Chennai. It's an apartment where they rent out the rooms, and we can use the common hall, kitchen, and other facilities as we desire. They have a washing machine too.There is an in-house cook and caretaker. He will cook for us as per order. All of the food he prepares is delicious and pocket friendly. The rooms are large, with a wardrobe, chairs, sofa, and a reading lamp. AC and tv works properly. The bathroom has an aged look, and most of the taps leak a little.Groups of all men or unmarried couples aren't welcome here.Good food, spacious rooms, walking distance to chetpet
