I visited many taj properties in last few years but Taj Cidade Heritage Goa was exceptional in terms of hospitality, worm welcoming & very friendly nature. Best highlight is their food and even though we stayed for three night but still liked their buffet because of tasty food. If anyone wants to stay very closer to beach in goa then this property should be first choice because majority of beachfront 5 start property doesn't have beachfront room. Special thanks to chef Mr. Bhalchandra & Raghu and Restaurant Manager Mr. Rajaram, Mr. Raymond who tried to make our staycation memorable in every possible way by preparing special dishes for us and providing extra care for our infant. They provide extra care if you have infant or kids which I liked a lot.

tajness as they say and we lived and experienceed every moment of it. wish our stay would have been a little longer. it was a home away from home. warmth, hospitality, kindness,smiling faces , cleanliness, overall aura was so promising and welcoming 🙏 highly recommend for friends and families especially with kids or toddlers as there is a kids room to keep them engaged looked after by their staff and games and a pool!

I stayed in cidade de goa this sept' 23 with three friends and i must say it was a fantastic experience. Hotel is a full on package with extra luxury, comfort and above all high end hospitality of the hotel staff. Everything was amazing, words will short less in expressing the entire hotel. In short and sweet words just go and book the room for a luxurious experience. Wonderful.

Best place for families in goa with a beachfront. Property is in a prime location. Made our anniversary very special. We stayed at the Taj for 4 nights with our 5 month old. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Many great amenities including baby things. The hotel also gave us a stroller to go around the resort with our baby.

We had a wonderful time at Taj Cidade De Goa, Heritage. I was very impressed with the warmth and love shown by each and every staff.From Check-in to Check-out everything was perfect. Staff is always ready to help. Food was super yummy. They also customised food as per our taste.Pool was super clean. Overall great experience.

Loved the stay at Taj Cidade Heritage, exemplary hospitality added with of the most beautiful architectural hotels I have been to. It has 4 dining options and all are good, cab facilities are just a call away and the maintainence was top notch. Would definitely visit it again

Wonderful stay. Location was perfect with private beach. The staff was so welcoming, food was awesome and the lounge, bar area were pretty places to sit around. We also liked the pool which was impeccably clean and we had lot of fun there. Overall a memorable experience.

Everything about the hotel is picturesque and amazing. Located on the beach with beautiful interiors, this hotel had great hospitality and prompt service at all times. There is actually no need to go outside once you are in the hotel. Will totally recommend this to all.
