it was an amazing experience there at taj malabar resort and spa . location is excellent and view is mesmerizing. breakfast was good , some more varieties should have been added to the menu . ambience was nice. staff was excellent. we took a trip to munnar and tata safari vehicle was provided to us from hotel which was very much comfortable and the chauffer sameer was so nice and co operative . we had a dinner at rice boat mr ahilan was so welcoming and cheerful . we loved the food of rice boat . hope to visit there again. for courtyard by marriot i would like to give 5/5 for the delux suite. location 5/5( just took us 5 mins to reach hotel from airport) breakfast was delicious and amazing (5/5) hotel property is new and with time it will be the most convenient hotels to stay for almost everyone. staff : very much co operative ambience nice rating 5/5 hope to visit soon

Amidst the pomp and show of today's crowded posh business hotels what makes the Taj stand out is their commitment to class, culture and a no nonsense menu(sea food is sheer excellence) in a regal fashion. We stayed there for two nights to celebrate our mother's birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and a cute birthday cake they had presented.Every single person from reception personnel to managers.. From chef to bell boy, you won't find a single soul who is distracted or impolite towards their guests ( which is hard to find these days). Not to mention that they are dead serious about their food culture and every meal was par excellence. Thank you.. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an experience of tastefulness and culture by the shores of Cochin. Wah Taj!!!

We stayed in Taj Malabar Resort Willingdon island Cochin from 24-27 Apr 22 n had an excellent stay. The staff were most responsive n helpful, the food spread was quite lavish n certain activities like evening Cruise n dance program were interesting. The location is a bit remote but taxis are available to venture out. The hotel ambience is superb. Thank you so much Team Taj Malabar. Keep up the good work n stay blessed. We liked everything in that regal. Besides the ambience cleanliness n staff response must thank the Barman specially (forgetting his name) for making us some super cocktails on 26th Apr!!

What a beautiful property! As informed by Mr. Sunil, the property was built in 1930s (precisely 1936) by the Britishers for the marines. I got to stay in a room with the sea and sunset view and what an experience it was. You can see the photo and understand how peaceful and beautiful the stay would have been. Lovely service by the in-room dining staff and also by the housekeeping staff. Special thanks to Mr Sunil for making our stay very comfortable and special.

One of the best properties of Taj, it was my 5th anniversary celebration and i truly couldnt have choosen any better place than Taj to celebrate it Jasmine was so helpful and generous and kind soul n the best Public relations executive. She made sure of our entire stay to be the best in all the ways possible. The staff was very helpful and everyone was very friendly. Would live to visit it again, felt like home fir the first time in a hotel/resort

Our stay was short but the experience was wonderful. The property is well maintained, the dining experience was also worth mentioning. Special mention must be made regarding the hospitality, and our regards to the staff at reception at the time of our check-in, and the staff at Pepper and Rice Boat. Will definitely return. :)

Had stayed here for business purposes. Well maintained rooms. No complaints whats ever. The restaurant serves very good food had tried buffet breakfast and dinner both were awesome. Had smoked salmon which was very good. The staff were very helpful and courteous.Boardroom facility
