No parking space. just a small ground that too 100metres frm the hotel, where 2 cars can snugly fit, sorrounded by thick tall grass, god knows what all creatures live in those grasses. and the restaurant opens when someone strongly demands food. else its closed always. rooms are too small. just the right space for furniture. not evn adequate space for walking in between furniture. the room i got had a faulty AC too, to add to all these... so on the whole my stay was totally disappointing. im actually wondering why im giving two stars!

Rooms are very small, no proper response from staff, intercom not working, had to personally walk 2 floors down to convey what I wanted, frequent powercuts with no proper UPS backup....overall a terrible experience...

The hotel is situated just near to the Edappally Church and hence, is at a prime location. Also, the rooms are well maintained and have all the necessary facilities.

There is the free Wi-Fi, attached to restaurants, room service is available from 8 AM to 10 PM. Staff seems to be Supportive.

The people in the reception are may be cooperative, but not qualified. I asked water at 7:30, but they ignored.
