The Sevice and proximity to India Expo Mart Hall were all great. The biggest problem is the cleanliness of the facilities. The restroom, blankets everything was old and dirty. The worst problem is they have RATS in the main hall. Not just one or two. We saw them around 6 to 7 rats running at night and the owners hadn't taken any action and seem to have got comfortable with rats. The place has the potential to be a good homestay with the right kind of manager and service help. But the amenities badly need a makeover.

It was one of the bad places I ever stayed, Hotel manager Rajiv was very rude to interact with. TV has only free channels working, no English / Hindi movie channels was available. Linen was dirty/ soiled. The washroom was unclean. They had window AC which was very old and had a sound more than a truck. I actually couldn't sleep whole night. Paid per nite...but this property is not even worth ..think before u book this place

The hotel owner is simply rude and staffs are untrained. They do not even know how to knock the door. The owner and manager behave very badly as soon as they come to know about booking. They treat that, we are going to stay their free. Always provide inferior room. This time they questioned about complementary breakfast. Curtains are dirty and almirah with broken handles

staff Take 40% of Total For Early Check in . he Told That if You Make Booking of 5 Days Then We Will Also Take 40%. They Do not take 40% of One Day for Early Check in. They Take 40% of Total Booking Amount. it is Absolutely Wrong. over all Service is Good Except Good. staff is co operative.

staff was horrible breakfast was not upto the mark this room should not have more than 1000 rs. water bottle for people is just half litre 2 bottles rooms were not getting cleaned upto the mark everything used to be as it is they don't even throw the soap packets it used be into the bathroom

Location of the hotel is very good. Staff was very courteous and cooperative. some minor improvements needed in the hotel, which were suggested to the management during our stay. Food was very homely and we enjoyed it. Our overall experience was excellent.

The property was at a very good location, in terms of security the location was safe, the cleanliness of the property was not well maintained, services were not good as per my expectation but I can recommend this property to other for stay with friends.

Decent hotel with close proximity to knowledge park and other major landmarks. Less than 10 mins from knowledge park metro station. should warn you that there are some rats/ rodents roaming in hallway/kitchen. other than that rooms are all good.

Not very high end hotel but good at its cost. if you are going for exhibition then the location of the hotel will win over everything else. Staff behavior is very very good. Overall very good.
