I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Allure Hotel in Manali, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The location is simply breathtaking, situated right by the riverside, providing serene and picturesque views that add to the charm of the stay. The staff at The Grand Allure are exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent hospitality. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with every need attended to promptly and efficiently. The food at the hotel deserves a special mention. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The highlight of our dining experience was undoubtedly the Soul Garden - the riverside restaurant. Dining by the river, enjoying the tranquil atmosphere, and savoring the delectable dishes made for a truly memorable experience. Overall, The Grand Allure Hotel stands out as one of the best in Manali. The combination of its excellent location, great staff, top-notch service, and delightful food makes it a perfect choice for anyone looking Great family stay. Safe for kids

Such an amazing resort with excellent location and upkeep, outstanding staff and delicious food. Stayed here with family and had a great time. Our room was clean with ample of sunlight. Front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all courteous, helpful and well trained. We had the opportunity of meeting the MD of the resort who was so kind, warm and vested in ensuring an excellent experience for the guests. Food was fresh, delicious and variety of the menu was great too. Best part was the MD's pup Satin who was so social, interacted and was friendly with all the guests, especially kids. Resort has an excellent view of the snow peaks and has the river flowing right next to it. We would definitely revisit and shall recommend this place to all who plan to visit Manali.

Really unexpected surprise for the price. Prompt service, cleanliness, good food, centrally heated water all day long, full set of toiletries, clean sheets and towel, hair dryer with both cold and hot air, and polite staff. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room (206) had normal signs of wear and tear such as some marks on the walls but nothing that would give you the ick. Most of it was just marks of luggage. The beds were comfortable enough, lights had working switches. The only con was the sound proofing, you can really hear outside the room and if the bell of the adjacent rooms rang you can hear it pretty loudly, enough to confuse you if it's your bell. But I doubt the management could do much about it now. 4.5/5 and if you include the price, an easy 5/5

Excellent place to stay. We stayed with family with two kids below 5 years. Everything is upto the mark, room service, staff behavior, cleanliness, room amenities, location. Its 4kms from mall road, towards solang route, away from city's hustle and traffic jams. its just adjecent to Domino's and Cafe1947, and many local dhabas are nearby, so its not that secluded.Its got nice play area for kids, riverside area (but access to river is not allowed) and sufficient open space.The only downside is its food, which is below par. We opted for Breakfast and dinner, but most of the time, the taste is Blunt, devoid of flavour.So i'd recommend, opt only for breakfast plan and enjoy cafe1947, dominos or nearby dhabas instead. (mall road food is also not recommended, its crap)

MY HOTEL STAY IN THE ALLURE GRAND WAS FOR 4 NIGHT & 5 DAYS,THE ALLURE GRAND LOCATION IS ON HIGHWAY ON MANALI,HOTEL IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED,HOTEL ROOM ARE QUITE BIG & SUFFICIENT WITH HEATER BLOWER IN THE ROOM, INTERIOR IS VERY NICE,INDOOR ACTIVITY POOL,TT & CARROM,HOTEL HAS OPEN BAR WITH RIVER VIEW & OPEN GERDEN ,FOOD IS VERY NICE WITH GOOD QUALITY BREAKFAST & DINNER ,HOTEL HAS LIVE ORCHESTRA ON SUNDAY & WEDNESDAY IN THE EVENING , WHILE HAVING DINNER YOU CAN ENJOY THE ORCHESTRA, GOOD ROOM SERVICE, OVER ALL VERY GOOD HOTEL WITH ALL THE AMMENTIES

Ambience, Location, Interior and service. i like the most is service every staff is ready to assist you always thats indicate they have amazing guest services. i will look again in my future manali plans for sure. A hidden beauty in Manali. I got lucky booking you guys as a suggestion as we met a couple staying at this resort and booked the resort the moment I saw the pictures online. To my expectation the resort was much much better rather truly outstanding in terms of the location , the food and great live music that they had. I wish I had booked for my entire duration at Manali. Will see you guys soon. Great Work.

We really enjoyed our stay at allure grand, the property is well maintained and lawn offers a nice view of river and mountains. Everything was good and staff is also cooperative.Only thing I think should improve is the taste of food(starters) and spread of high tea .
