Madstays Hotels - Medicity (Near Medanta Hospital)

I recently had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Madstays Hotel Medicity, Gurgaon Sec-39, and I’d like to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was warm, professional, and very welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made a great first impression. The staff was always polite and eager to help, whether it was with directions, luggage, or local recommendations. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the room service was prompt and courteous, with food arriving hot and well-packed. The location is another plus point — close to Medanta Hospital and easy to access from major routes, which made commuting and errands very convenient. However, I did face one downside during my stay — the WiFi and TV were not working throughout my time at the hotel. For someone traveling for work or needing entertainment in the evenings, this was a bit inconvenient. I informed the staff, and although they were responsive and assured me they were working on it, the issue remained unresolved during my stay. That being said, the overall hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel made up for it. I genuinely appreciated the staff's efforts and would still consider staying here again — especially if the technical issues are addressed.

Based on my last booking i would say only book hotel if you don't find any other good and clean hotel. And don't book with breakfast as property manager don't provide you any option to choose, they can send you anything just a boiled pasta with no alternate options. And for hygiene check the images.
