-Initially when we checked in the hotel, since we booked two rooms but when reached the room that they provided to us was not good, one room was good, it was the same that we had booked but that other room was not of good quality, it was really in a corner, looks like a store room, and it was not a double bedded room, a large size single bed was placed there. So we had a lot of discussion or i say an argument on this then they told us tonight when a room got vacant then they would shifted us in that room. Later, around 8:30 pm they shifted us in that big room which we had booked. That room was comfortable and clean but there was no view of Lake. -Breakfast was there in complimentary and it was good in taste and quality but no pick and drop and no WiFi was there. Just welcome drink but that was tasteless. -But since they does not have any kitchen type facility so had to had lunch and dinner from outside. We had our lunch from Mall road and dinner was ordered from a hotel near by, so the staff was good and cooperative that they would bring our order from that another hotel. -Located near the Mall Road, merely at a walking distance.

Pros: - Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Interior is pleasing. - Nice people in staff. We reached hotel at 6 am and they were wise enough to provide us a room to rest till our rooms get ready (we had booked 2 rooms for 2 days). - Breakfast tastes good. - walking distance from mall road. Cons: - No parking facility. - Road in front of hotel is mostly full of traffic. It makes the front rooms real noisy. Rooms at backside are better. - No option for dinner at hotel. - No pick up and drop. - No wi-fi.

below average rooms in terms of location, ambiance and equipping, but is partly made up with quick service. However, overall i felt it was overpriced for what we got. it's not worth more than 2K per room per night. the location is not convenient since there isn't any parking, it's on a congested one-way street which witnesses traffic jams on many days, due to which taxis charge a bomb to drop off. Food quality is average.

we stayed for two nights in oct 2020. hotel location is upper mall road, near old nainital market. Parking is a bit of exercise, as one need to park in public parking. i like to location, but of road side noise. hotel staff is very cooperative and well behaved, we led by Mr Mohan Pathak.

location is not far from mall road but u have to walk at least 1.5km to the hotel ,hotel is below average not good as expected money is more than as actual cost there is no kitchen in hotel .only room are spacious ,nothing is good bad service

Nice hotel, gud location near by mall road just walking distance, staff is well behaved. I was stay here with my family for 2 days. Room was clean & having gud space. Only parking facility is not available in this hotel....
