The fan made continuously irritating noise due to which i couldn't sleep even tough i was very very tired. There was no power backup and its 40 degrees in kolkata. When i wanted to order something they simply said there is no chief. The location is somewhere where its very tough to get any means of transportation. Had to walk 4 kilometers to get a meal in 40 degrees. ***** . They show you a nice room, you pay for it with your pocket and dont even get the room, they just hand you a cheap room and ask for more money to get the room you booked. i booked an AC deluxe but guess what ? You cant use the AC due to lack of backup power in this hot weather, you can't use the fan because it makes awful noises and felt like it might fall anytime. You can't order anything like breakfast or anything at all. You pay to sleep on a burn holed bed. Bathroom tap is always leaking n you keep on getting the sound.

The worst hotel i have ever been to. Do not book this hotel. the managers are ****s. they directly denied to give me the room and gave me the room only when i threatened them that i will go to **********.Also, the service was very bad. the next day they started asking us to check out from early morning. they charged extra money too. ONLY one word for this hotel. " HOTEL with staffs worser than *****.

first it's a guest house not a hotel. no body knows this guest in near locality.there is no any sign board.so it took me 3 h to find it.when I visited there they says that there is no booking.when I contacted********after that I got the check in.I have very bad experience with this guest house.

I would rate this hotel as average, room facilities are nice but at the time of booking the distance between the Eden garden and the Hotel showed only 3.2 km, bur originally it is more than 15 kms. For this reason I have to face a lot of difficulty.

Its just residential home. Ground floor they used it as a guest house. By the way its good to stay. Rooms r well decorated.Bathroom is good..
