5/5 - excellent stay!i recently had the pleasure of staying at galaxy suites and it was an outstanding experience! the room was exceptional, sparkling clean, and well-maintained. the bathroom was immaculate, and the cosy bed ensured a comfortable stay.the front office staff were warm, friendly, and had excellent communication skills, making us feel welcome despite being north indians.the room service was also top-notch, prompt, and efficient.however, the only drawback was the parking facility, which was unavailable for cars. but this minor inconvenience didn't detract from our overall fantastic experience.i would highly recommend galaxy suites for its excellent rooms, wonderful staff, and great service.pros:excellent room, clean and well-maintained, wonderful bathroom, cosy bed, friendly and efficient staff, good room servicecons:parking facility issues (no slot available for cars)5/5 - Excellent Stay!

The room is in reasonable price when compared with other hotels. The tourists who are new to ernakulam can stay at Galaxy suites. Just 5 minutes walk to north railway station(Town Railway Station) and the receptionist are also very helpful regarding the conversation and they are helping us regarding the route where we are going and how to reach the destination and the hotel is also very near to metro station(Town Hall).

The Galaxy suites hotel stay very pleasant, Because hotel is close ernakulam town railway station.Bolgaty palace,Transport bus stand metro station Ernakulam townhall and boat jetty short distance.Staff is very good behavior amenties comfert linen cleen and all facilities good.Near the galaxy suites(100 Metre) a hotel Abhirami is good vegitarian restaurant.only one proble no lift in the hotel.Totaly value for money.
