Pros-Good location.Good behaviour.Good food.Clean rooms.clean matress.Clean toilet.Smooth check in.Cons-1-Late Breakfast ...as kitchen opens around 8AM....Problematic for students or employed /business person wants to get early breakfast so be prepared for this...!2-Sometime the person available for room service couldn't understand local language(Odia)3-A few rats are roaming around may irritate you....this is a serious issue..Hotel authority should address & resolve ASAP...4-Lil bit overpriced for single stays

The stay was very good.Completely recommended.The hygiene was well maintained.We booked premium room and it was properly furnished..the lighting was aesthetic..The taste of the food was very amazing..The staffs were very well behaved and coordinated..They provided us with us all the amenities..A good hotel for a pleasant and satisfying stay..

The stay was excellent! The washroom was clean and well-maintained and the bed was cozy, adding to comfort. Thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary food facility, which offered delicious options. The food was quite delicious at a very reasonable price.We stayed for 2 days and the service was okayish.The receptionist was not attentive sometimes to the issues but all in all we had a comfortable stay.They should have provided balconies in the suite rooms atleast

Hotel resto opened after 9 am and normally Office opening time is 9:30 hence. I had to leave at 9 for some meeting and hotel not provided breakfast and they charged for this. During this time not any person was available in reception. please plan accordingly😌.

Hotel is good. premium rooms are good. Food is the best factor. Approach road is something i did not like . Staffs are courteous and helpful. Price a bit on higher side. Close to SOA university and SUM hospital. Food.

Using some kind of mosquito repellant before the guest is moved in and a little bit of plumbing pre-check for the taps preventing continued leakage of water could have further improved the rating of this stay…

Service of lady Receptionist was very disappointing. Complimentary Breakfast is of average and very limited. Ala Carte menu options were too costly. Room Size was Good.
