One of the best places we’ve been to. The hospitality and services of the staffs were commendable. Very humble and provided us with all that we wanted. You would never want to miss the food here. The quality and quantity, truly satisfying. Worth every penny spent. We were provided with an amazing cab driver who took us all over the place. Amith Ji was the best part of our journey. He took us to places we didn’t even know existed. Waited for longer hours without any complaints and did not charge us anything more. I truly recommend Amith Ji to anyone who needs a loyal cab driver to drive you around. This place has an amazing bar cafe that serves really tasty food. Clean rooms and furniture’s. Amazing for friends and families. Overall, a super experience and definitely recommending.

Amazing Property and Great Hospitality . Every staff is professional and well trained .Reception Managers were very polite and quick in check in process, Guard was helful. Thanks to the Driver who dropped us from reception to room in his car because we were tired 🚗 and lady who explained us about room and hotel rules . We enjoyed Hollywood and Bollywood live music night with dinner. Breakfast is superb 👌 you will find all possible food in buffet breakfast. There is big kids play area in the premises I strongly recommend this hotel . Thank you Tripura Castle Team

Tucked away from the hustle of Shillong city, we had a very comfortable stay at Tripura Castle. Realized that we were the first guest at the newly built wooden log cabin. Bed was very comfortable. Linen was soft. Food was awesome. Enjoyed our evening drinks from the terrace. The cherry blossom trees were in full bloom. Seeing the cherry blossom tree through the skylight while you are still in bed, is a very well thought architectural experience. This is a place to be without your mobile and laptop. Regretfully we were on a business trip

It is a very beautiful and serene property that is very well maintained. The staff were very courteous, well trained and acted promptly to any requests/ issues. Located a little far from the centre of the city it is a perfect place for people with fine taste who want to stay close to nature. The bar and resturants maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Had an absolutely blissful time at the Heritage Club Tripura Castle in Shillong. The staff are so wonderful and friendly and always available for the slightest of issues. The property is stellar and so well connected. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of our trip. Cant wait to stay at this property again.
