*Good Things* 1. The hotel staff are good. Specially Mr. Sandeep is very helpful, The only thing is that he forgets everything within a minute if you ask him for something. 2. Riverside Hotel looks beautiful all the time but during snowfall it looks like heaven. 3. Great seating place arranged by the hotel for the guests just beside the river. 4. You can have a Good Breakfast and Dinner complementary inside the hotel during the booking. 5. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. 6. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. *Bad Things* 1. The Hotel is a very very bad location. you will have to walk 300 meters to get reached at the hotel because no Car can come in front of the hotel and during the snowtime (Dec to March) you will have to walk 600 meters to get in the hotel due to the snow path. 2. Hotel Route is very narrow and you will have to be very careful while walking in the snow because of the narrow riverside road. 3. 600 meters distance from Old Manali Bridge. 4. Only two menus in the dinner and breakfast. you will get the same food in the alternative days if you stay 3 days or more. 5. Heater charges are very high but quality of the provided heater is not good. 6. Hotel staff will never ask for cleaning the room or washroom even after staying 4 nights at this place.

Secluded property, Location is good but u have to walk around 300-400 MTR as their is no road to the property. Room which we got was not up to the mark and the place is being renovated. Food provided was good as we had complimentary breakfast and complimentary dinner. Good service. quick response on phone.

My stay at this hotel is excellent. I liked the location it was fantastic. Also the hotel room and washrooms were clean. This hotel provides you the best staff, they all are friendly and helping. Overall its 5 out of 5.
