Exceptional service, food and staff attitude. The staff right from valet to reception, to restaurant and room serve will blow you away with their helpfulness and courteousness. The property is rightly located in a one of the posh and serene areas of Chennai with good road connectivity to any place. No metro service though. The rooms were big and nicely appointed with all facilities including, snacks, fruits, water. The main thing to notice is that the housekeeping staff daily replaces all consumables and toiletries diligently so that you have fresh and neat stuff in your room and bathroom. Dropped 1 star for cleanliness as the rug in the room had some dust and there was a onetime smell from the tap water, which went away after few minutes, not much of a problem though.

the experience was beautiful, the live performance by the classical musicians was lovely and the courteousness and friendliness of the staffs made the stay as welcoming as possible. the rooms were really nice but the curtains and bedsheets could have been dry cleaned and stain free as it did have a lot of stains and wrinkles on them. the food was delectable but some of the items such as the indian breads could be made and served fresher but the sheer variety of spread of items was amazing so kudos to your team for making it a memorable experience.

it is a truly marvellous experience at The Leela Palace, Chennai. The beachfront location is stunning, and the property exudes luxury and elegance throughout. A special thanks to Mr. Bibek Chety, the manager, who took exceptional care of us and made our stay even more memorable with his warm and attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. Looking forward to visiting again!
