Our stay at The mountain Courtyard was excellent.. staff behaviour, hospitality everything was appreciable.. ambience was very good and very neatly maintained property.. Rooms were so clean, house keeping services and facilities were very good.. F and B team needs a special mention.. their services were excellent.. they were so kind, services were excellent and the hospitality was excellent.. The only thing of concern is the indoor activity room.. indoor games are not maintained well, everything was broken or parts missing and the room provided for the same was not good.. Wud be better if u find an alternative place and improve the games and maintenance.. Overall it was an excellent stay..

We stayed at this resort on our recent trip to Kerala.Surrounded by forest and cardamom plantation and far away from the hustle bustle of the city is a perfect getaway to relax and rejuvenate yourself. We had booked the Forest Flame Room but were upgraded to the Banyan Cottage. The room had an amazing view, overlooking the the forest and cardamom plantations. The staff was very humble and helping. They made all the possible efforts to make our stay fantastic and comfortable. A special mention to the Chef Mr. Rajesh He held a special cooking session for us of a local kerala dish which was just amazing. If visiting Thekkady then this is the place you should be staying at.

Great people here in mountain courtyard... Prabhu is doing a good job here.. he make sure that all your needs are met.. he communicates well and then and makes you feel comfortable... And chef Rajesh very passionate and very keen to teach the people those who come to learn cooking. He is too friendly and a wonderful cook. Restaurant manager purushothaman, rishad and srijeeth is polite and all the staffs are professional and provide wonderful service.. best resort in Thekkady, Kumily. food is delicious, ambience is best.. swimming pool is awesome..

It's a 5 star resort, situated inside one km of lush greenery. We enjoyed the in house dance performance and bone fire activity. Enjoyed a well-established buffet dinner and breakfast. The room size is huge and well maintained. Attached balcony is cherry on the top.The toilet matches the richness of the room. We enjoyed the in house dance performance and bone fire activity. Rooms r Spacious...Kids Outdoor Playing areas like slide etc required...Swimming pool pre shower area need to be maintained ... breakfast buffet spread & live counter was good and for dinner better get it with room booking, alacarte is expensive... good smiling and cooperative staff Special recommendation 2 Abin in service....Parking is lavish... the Road 2 resort need some maintenance frm govt side...

Very friendly and supportive staff, good hospitality, very beautiful location, tasty foods and have varieties, fabulous breakfast.. in the middle of nature. A bit interior, so need to have a car or hire auto/car to go to the nearest town Kumily. Good for family's good time spent. Super staff team.

Had a great vacation with family. Breakfast was awesome. Resort was amazing. You can wake up with birds singing early in the morning. Will make you forget city noises. Food is expensive if ordered in ala carte.
