The Nest Serviced Apartments

I have booked more than 100 rooms across India with family and this one is the most ugly rooms i have ever visited. I have never made a bad review even if i see few things here and there but I think this one should be published.☆☆ Not recommended for family specially if you have kids☆☆. First of all the whole apartment is so dirty and dusty and no way you can open your windows because there is foul smell in air always because of the sewage running behind the property which brings all the waste water from the market place which is less than 100 mtrs away. This property itself is located next to a waste dumping land. Let me elaborate from start i had mentioned in the guest list that I'm traveling with 2 kids one 4 yrs and other 8 months old. Still, after booking confirmation i called the owner and told my concern about the cleanliness, hygiene and kitchen facility because of kids specially. He assured me that rooms are all sanitized and well maintained and children will like this stay. Even if check-in time was 12 pm i informed prior that i'll be reaching around 2 pm only. But when we reached around 02:30 pm the rooms were not yet ready the caretaker boy apologized for the delay and asked me to wait for 15 more mints. we waited in the car and i entered the apartment once the cleaning was done. I could immediately smell dampness inside and it was dusty everywhere even the floors were not clean. When i asked him about it he said he just cleaned it with a chemical and it's the smell of the chemical. I immediately decided not to stay in this apartment even if i won't get refund as per non-refundable policy of owner. when i asked for any other available apartments he replied there is one on the top floor and it's available. so I decided to take a look. i didn't feel the dampness here but the whole apartment was dusty and dirty and for sure not sanitized. We were so tired after a long journey and i had already paid for 3 nights(pls don't think it's a cheap property and better can't be expected) I decided to clean the room myself because now it's safety of my family, it took me 2 hrs to sweep and mop twice the floor so that now we can walk on the floor without footwear it was so dirty. Bathrooms were clean i have to admit that but rest all was really horrible. I had to purchase my own bed sheets and pillowcase because the one provided looks so unclean even soap was not there and when i looked into the kitchen utensils there a old rusty pan and few dirty dishes which cant be used for cooking. Still i had never lost hope even if my wife insisted to leave the property and look for something else. But little did i know that the worst thing is still to come. after resting for some time after full apartment cleaning and sanitization (with my own sanitizer) mentioning this because when i asked the caretaker boy to give me some sanitizer for cleaning he said "We don't have anything other than some floor chemical". I opened the window and found most unbearable smell all around due the sewer close by the property which is bringing all the waste from nearby market place. I am really heartbroken due to this experience. I just wanted to give my family a good time even in this corona crisis, so thought will have a stay for couple of days and enjoy somewhere away from home. Now staying in a place like this have become nightmare so i had made payments till tomorrow but ill leave asap. Sorry to say this. but i sincerely believe please give correct info with property details don't mention things which are not there and please don't rip others like this and when whole world is dealing with corona and precautions to avoid covid, I think its a smart choice to sanitize the rooms at least. I hope somebody will find it useful. Sorry for making it long.

THE APARTMENT IS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN. STAFFS ARE VERY CORDIAL AND HELPFUL , VIEW FROM THE PROPERTY IS VERY GOOD AND PLEASANT, LOT OF BIRDS AND LUSH GREEN. ITS VERY CLOSE TO HIGHWAY . . OVERALL VALUE FOR MOEY.

Fantastic stay, good ambience, , Nice view in the morning, fine Little breeze in the morning and evening. Sparkling kitchen. All fecilities are available. Calmness
