The Orchid Hotel

I had stay only for 1 & half hour. when I have reached to hotel reception person has asked how much money u have paid I have told him u can check is my booking is registered then he has provided me the room quality of bed was good and towel was not available there I had ask to reception to provide me the towel he said they had no towel write know he said me he can provide till 11 o clock when I asked him i have to move for meeting till 9:30 he said he can arrange he has bring the towel from another room the towel was dirty and some one has used I had shown him the towel is not up to date he said this is the last towel I said him some one has used this but he refused to change it. by grace of God my family members has put one towel in my bag then I have used it my towel. and I have called for tea they had asked me to pay 30 rs for small cup of tea. i have asked him why so much charges u are taking he said if u want tea u need to pay the 30rs I told him to take the money but genuine charge u need to born by traveller. at last I have paid and they have provided me tea. experience was not good and I cannot reffer to my friends or my any family members.

Poor cleanliness, though it is situated at such an amazing location. Basic amenities were missing, rather we found creatures like Spiders, Mosquitoes, lizards in Hotel room.
