The Palmyrah Tenements

I had a very nice and smooth stay. The only part I didn't like was they didn't provide the basics like soap, shampoos, towels etc. But they did on asking. I had ask separately for each of these. Otherwise the staff was very supportive. They even cooled the bottles of water on our demand. They have a restaurant too which is not the kind you would expect and the hotel guys didn't inform. The restaurant takes orders on prior information basis. They have a fixed menu for everyday. I liked the looks and location of the hotel, as it's far from the city. The room was nicely maintained. They allowed us for early check-in and early check-out. The room was kind of 1BH with separate lat and bath. This eased us to get ready and save time. Overall I liked the hotel very much.

There are two types of Travelers 1. A person who looks for perfection in rooms, food, travel and complaints if it is not upto his expected standards. 2. A Knowledgeable and wise person who looks for new things he did not know before, who melts at good hospitality and always in good mood. he is a Universal Citizen. this place is for Universal Citizens, it will be like your home and the hosts as your relatives.. you will remember until your lifetime... may not be sophisticated, little away from town, but a relatives home in a very calm area, food cooked by some relatives and served with earnestness. The ambiance is 100% Mysuru Wooden Splendor. Universal Citizens don't miss it.

Overall the Resort is nice for family & peace loving traveller. Rooms are spacious and cross ventilation is also good. Parking space & their dining hall are sufficient to accommodate several cars & people respectively. The staff including cleaning boys are very polite and cooperative. They guide new comer correctly. Only draw back is insufficient light in room. They need improvement. Overall, it is nice resort to stay with family in cool atmosphere.

In whole i liked it, it's worth of money.. I stayed at house L1. It's a ground floor house N comparably huge house with respect to cost(** only drawback is that it has a see through windows on both sides having plain glass with a white curtain covering. One of the window was unlocked.. which I locked it later.. I had no problem with that coz I was single.. but those who planned to get intimate if possible avoid that room.. :)
