The property is totally unsafe for female guest, sadly Its the 4th time when the watchman of property came to us for debate without any reason and this time he was drunk and aggressively charged on me for parking issue and he also threat me, and the time was around 10:00 PM only , i called the property number to help me out from this scenario but the reply was from the property was that don't argue with watchman and go to your room (this was all the help by that person on the call from property The Prada hotel)s last year also this watchman argue with me to park my bike on a different and clashed side ,(although my bike was parked on two wheeler parking side earlier but i don't know what was the problem with watchman he came to me and ordered me to changed the side of the parking of bike)and next day the bike was damaged from the back side (i will upload some image of that day also along with this) , i booked this property around 40+ time because they provide good services but this issue is getting serious now , my female guest also feel unsafe now as she can't think of getting her vehicle alone from the parking in presence of watchman who is drunk .

Room was okey but the receptionist behaviour is very bad and I think this 3 hours early/after chenkin and checkout is just a fake promise to gain attention of customer I asked hotel for early checkin so they said room is not available and on the checkout time i asker for the 3 hour late checkout so they denied and also on the app time was checkin and checkout is 12 but staff called me and asked me to leave room on 11 I asked why then he said checkin time was 2 and checkout is 11 and you also checked in at 11:30 so you have to leave

As a hotelier 1. Rooms are pretty decent . 2. Staff behavior is polite & professional. 3. Everything is working perfect in room and parking is also there. I would definitely recommend this hotel in this price segment .
