Pros: 1. The staff is extremely polite 2. The rooms are in decently good condition with the amenities shown on the website. 3. Indian dishes are really good (a little expensive though!). 4. The only advantage this hotel has is that it is quite close to IIT Kanpur campus. Cons: 1. Lack of maintenance. The AC does not have controls of temperature or fan speed (basically remote is not provided). The washroom had leaky taps and most significantly, the latch and handle to the door were broken! 2. We ordered Chinese food for dinner which was a disaster. 3. For breakfast, we ordered masala dosa but were served and charged for paneer dosa instead. Only after we started eating, we realised that the stuffing of the dosa was of paneer. The room service guy politely said that masala dosa "ban nahi paaya!" I did not get the logic though!! 4. Room service is terribly slow. It took nearly an hour to get an urn of drinking water!

please see pictures and you yourself decide, whether it is justified to charge, whatever you have charged me. There was no hot water in the evening. Hotel provide hot water in the morning only. There was power cut in the morning for 15-20 minutes, no back up facility. we have to wait in dark till power resume. I am not happy with the hotel...

It is nearer to IIT kanpur, transportation to iit good. but no lift. rooms are in 2nd and third floor. cleanliness in toilet needed. food is costly as compared to the location. even for water they are charging 30 per bottle. restaurant facility available after 9am. room service needed to be improved

Not a great stay though . they even charge for the water bottle and never tell it comes with additional cost and the people who work there please you to get the tips or ask for it. . Average hotel not worth paying the amount. . OK OK hotel for anybody and not for people who are on business trip . .

stay was quiet a bit okay..non ac room was having cooler. so no such problem with the stay.. left some money in the room before checkout below the pillow and forgot..after 4 hrs when i called them and they checked and returned my money..so very happy with their nature.

It is the only hotel near by IIT Kanpur Campus. But unfortunately, I found AC was not working properly. Although they helped a lot but there is need of improvement to entice every travellers by providing good services. Overall I would rate 2 out of 5.

There was a lot of problems in the hotel due to unavailability of escalator and rooms are at the second floor. It has created a lot of problems since my father cannot climb stairs. Further, food had lot of spices.

I recommend this hotel for Young & Rich travellers only. As, the food quality is good. But, costly. Rooms are available on the 2nd floor & above with no lift facility. So, its NOT recommended for old-aged people.

Extremely good experience with this hotel. Its a good hotel hotel. Neat and clean rooms. The services and the staff of the hotel is very good and polite. Overall the experience with this hotel was very good.

The hotel does not have any lift, though most guests are accommodated in 2 and 3rd floors. The bathroom taps are leaking. Towels are dirty. There is no kettle in the room for tea/ coffee etc.

If u intend to visit IIT Kanpur, as it is close to it. Cleanliness is OK, though not great. Safe for families. Just opposite to Kalyanpur railway station
