The Seasons Dalhousie

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The room had serious issues with dampness and seepage, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. It clearly lacked proper maintenance. The food quality was extremely poor — oily, tasteless, and far from what one would expect even at a basic level. It felt like no attention was given to flavor, hygiene, or nutrition. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to check out early the next morning and politely requested if I could at least be provided with a cup of tea and some bread, considering that breakfast was already included in my booking. However, this simple request was outright denied without any consideration or courtesy. This lack of basic hospitality and unwillingness to accommodate such a small request speaks volumes about their guest service standards. In my opinion, this hotel is a complete waste of time and money, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for even a decent stay experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Seasons Hotel Dalhousie, and I must say, the experience was simply outstanding. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking valley view from my room. Waking up to the picturesque scenery of rolling hills and lush greenery was a rejuvenating experience like no other. As for the food, I can't help but rave about their chicken curry. It was an absolute culinary delight! The flavors were rich and authentic, making it a must-try for anyone visiting the hotel. The hotel's culinary offerings exceeded my expectations in every way. Overall, The Seasons Hotel Dalhousie offers an unforgettable combination of stunning natural beauty and delectable cuisine. It's a place where you can indulge in both the visual and gastronomic pleasures, making it a top-notch destination for a memorable getaway.

The stay was bad. Room is small and food is pathetic. They never justify the price charged. Except view, there is nothing. we should call it a budget stay. not worth the price. food is bad and have stomach upset after having food once. the hotelier start arguing with my wife even after informing that we will be vacating in 15 minutes. we vacant the room by 11:25. the hotel didn't provide invoices for food order. Just the performa invoice without GST details in that.

Very disappointed. The balcony view rooms were horrible with only view of upcoming side building. Hotel staff is v uncooperative. Our room was at same floor as of kitchen so constant background noise in mornings n night.would not recommend it to anyone .
