The stay was pretty good. I stayed in an A/C room with a fan. It had most of the amenities, such as neat sheets, bath towels for one person, toiletries, a mini fridge, a wardrobe, an electric kettle with tea/coffee sachets, and mineral water bottles. The room had a large window with blockout curtains. The check-in and check-out process was handled smoothly. They also have an in-house restaurant. The rooms are accessible via a lift. The property is very close to MG Road.

Centrally located property gives you easy access to most parts of the MG Road. Courteous and super friendly restaurant staff (they once went to great lengths to serve a food item which was not in their planned itinerary just for us), with tasty food choices both for dinner and breakfast. Rooms have adequate space and are designed well. One area they need to improve is their TV plans: there were barely any channels on it.

Awesome rooms. Staff behaviour also very good and helpful. Only parking area was of concern which was very small and narrow, With stinking water all around. Otherwise had good experience staying here.

Had a one night stay. Staff were very helpful. Reasonably flexible with the check out timings. The only problem we came across was the toilet seat was not fixed. Everything else was perfect.

1.7 km from Kochi south railway station very convenient and located in MG road. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. Hot water is available all time. Early check in of 500 was charged

Had a good experience at Trios. Stayed there for 2 nights. The room was great, the staff were cordial. Would definitely recommend for short stays in and around Kochi.
