Pros- 1. Amazing location with awesome views 2. Luxury rooms are beautifully designed 3. 5-6 kms away from mall road so gives a peaceful and relaxing experience. Cons- 1. Room service quality is very poor. you never get what you want from a la carte menu. one day the hotel staff told that their supplies truck has not come so lunch won't be available till 3pm. for dinner they spend all their supplies for buffet so can not order much from a la carte after 8pm. in short, poor service regarding food. 2. we had to extend our stay by one more day because of rains...... they asked us to come to reception (which was in other building) in heavy rain! ultimately we had to convince them that we would forward the booking email to them. 3. this is a luxury boutique hotel and they did not have working credit card machine or Paytm option! we had to pay entire bill by cash which is pathetic in today's digital world. Conclusion- you can choose this hotel just for breathtaking views from hotel but do not expect any good service.

The hotel was really really nice. Staff was good but the food was okish. They should get more options in food menu. Rooms were pretty clean and organised. But the best part of the hotel is the valley view towards Himalayas. But the downfall is they should provide free ride to atleast manali Mall road that is nearly 5-6 kms away from the hotel. They charges us 500 bucks for one way when there was a lot of snow.

there is no hot water service over here, no proper meals , not clean room in fact very dirty , this is not the way to provide the services.. i can everyone from *** and from every **** people have made the booking of white stone resort they are disappointed no proper accessories no shower gel , nothing in washroom is provided properly

Pls, do not book this room. They say it's centrally heated but the heater does not work. No one bothered to inform about this before giving the room. After calling 3 times they gave one small heater which was not warm enough. No hot water in the bathroom. horrible service.

Outstanding resort. Excellent behaviour. Good food. Great view. Centrally heated. Parking facility. We booked the honeymoon suite, it was outstanding with full privacy. The room was awesome with great view. Loved our stay, highly recommended for couples & family.

Excellent location, A great view of himalayan valley. Continuous snowfall made our trip wonderful. Rooms are clean, staff is good but lack of basic amenities. Food quality need some improvement. Mr. Manav (owner) and Mr. Ravneet both are very helpful guys.
