No lift was working. He gave me third floor without lift. Bed sheets were super dirty. No ac was working. Water bottles were already used. They don't have towel to provide. Room was not clean at all. The behaviour of staff was very rude. Beds were in very bad shape. Balcony was so dirty it seems no one has ever come there. What the images show did not match with the originality

Good Hotel nice comfortable stay. AC is really fantastic kept the whole night chilled. Staff was cooperative and good. Need to work on lift but everything is fine.
