This hotel was selected after I checked its reviews from the trip advisor. But after checking int the hotel, I understood the reviews were wrong. Rooms are pathetic. 1. No complimentary WI-fi or no WI-fi at all. I was told the hotel has WI-fi while booking. after I entered the room, I did not find any signal and upon calling the reception, I was told the WI-fi is only available in the bobby. rude receiption. they don't know how to talk with customer. I booked hotel at 12.30am so I can sleep and then travel to Goa after mahalaxmi darshan. .. consider it as 10 am as check-in. when I went to hotel. the receiptionist instead of arranging room on my request started yelling and teaching me how I made mistake and also told me that I have to check in in morning only. I wasted my time .. they then helped me and arrange room in midnight. so irritating experience I faced. in there was no room kettle I have request for that.

We have booked Superior AC with Double bed Option still we got the twin bed Option room. when asked manager to change the room he told first there is no room available with double bed Option, after forcing him he offered rooms (we are 2 couples traveling so requested. 2 rooms) there are 2 rooms available 1 is on 3rd floor and another is on ground. so we have settled with twin bed Option only, as we want 2 rooms side by side only. after looking at the rooms we have got there are very much cleanin ...more

hotel tourist is located near Kolhapur central bus stand. ample parking space with close circuit television and security guard is available. Reception staff and room service staff is well mannered & co operative. As compared to outside, in build restaurant food is costly but at the same time in build restaurant food is tasty. safe for old age person or solo travelers - ladies. old but maintained rooms. Lift facility is available.

The overall experience was very good. The rooms are spacious and are clean. There is coffee and tea maker in the room. The service is good and the breakfast menu has lots of options. This is very close to the Central Bus Stand. The parking space is ample. The food was really good. I liked the quick service from the staff. The breakfast was brilliant.
