The hotel is very good. Initially we were bit hesitant. Room eminties, service and food is excellent. Everytime they served hot and delicious food though with limited variety. The price was reasonable and ready to cook other dishes if ordered well in time. All staff members are very good and take care of all needs. Hotel is in front of Municipal corporation and nearby other business center. 3-4 kms from Dal lake, Mughal garden and other popular spots.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city where you can find all necessary things easily. Hotel staff is very friendly and food quality is good. Hotel Manager Mr. Umer is a very nice and helpful person. Hotel owner Mr. Hamja takes daily follow up with guests about the comforts and convenience. Taxi services are also arranged to guests as per their requirement. Overall a very good and memorable experience at the hotel for my one week trip.

we booked a standard room with a heater in the hotel for mid dec when it was close to 0 degrees in Srinagar but the room had no heating facility no heater , no geyser, no kettle.Also the room was not clean it had wet towels and dirty toilets. Even the dinner was not served as per the order we ordered dal makhani they served yellow dal instead.

The overall experience was very good.They arranged my sightseeing transport to Sonamarg , Pahalgam at very reasonable price not only that they helped me in shopping walnuts , kesar, rajma and other goods. The staffs were very helpful and they provided all basic amenities from the hotel.

In my stay experience Hotel town centre has provided the best hospitality ever .if you are visiting Srinagar I would suggest this hotel not so far off from town and I would like to thank Mr Umar and basit for the hospitality.
