We have booked deluxe room . They gave a small room . It was not clean . Bedsheets were torn . The table , the wall everything was dirty . It does not worth the money at all . Very disappointed

I went for check in for this hotel.. after seeing the room I literally ran away horriable room stinks...no power.... again I have search another hotel... I want my money should be refunded

1. Room Very Bad condition of Hygiene, 2. Insects on ground. 3. Smell is there. 4. No towel, no soap etc, 5. Washroom Hygiene is also very poor. 6. No response on call from reception.

Worst ever experience had. I booked this hotel and made all the payment. While check-in the hotel ppl asked me for additional Rs. 1850 since it is showing in their dashboard.
