when checked in, room was unclean dusty, food was there in sofa, TV was non-functional and AC was not working, no pillow covers and water bottle was provided without a cap, asked a bottle of packed mineral water took more than an hour to deliver at room. hotel was in bad shape due to lack of maintenance. all though hotel staff was good did clean the room and but was professionally unsound, felt bit unsafe amid covid situation and had to check out in night and booked an another hotel. never expected this as per oyo townhouse standard.

Initially the hotel denied checkin due to low tariff..Then finally i checked in late night there were cockroaches on bed ..when i told them to change the room , i was given other room but ac was not working properly.

The room seemed clean. But no amenities such as kettle was given. The a.c wasn't working properly but the weather didn't require much usage so I'll give this one a pass. Toilet was a bit dirty.
