The room had no telephone.. even it was not locking properly. for ordering something i had to go to the reception every time. They even charged me for early checkin and this was not earlier communicated on phone. They even do not have exact details of my booking for eg. i had to prove that i have taken complimentary breakfast. Worst experience ever.

Never ever book any oyo property as they dont have any rights over oyo property in case if you face anychallengesAt 2am in night we were helpless... they didnt able resolve our issue and simply denied for giving relevance solution to the problem..I wonder how poor services work for thier other client

It’s a poorly managed stay location, not at all worth the money spent. Also, the support team is not reasonable. We had to buy our own water to drink. Oyo service support was reached and they also said that nothing can be done. Forgettable experience
