firstly booked the room as the hotel looks good and offered good stay for 3 persons with reasonable price including complimentary free breakfast. 1, after reaching, found accomadation was for 2 persons and demanded extra 8 hundred for mattress. at midnight 12-30 being compelled paid for mattress. 2 at the check out time, made bills for breakfast. when l countered against the malafide practice threatening to approach police, then compelled to withdraw the bills. very horrible experiences. similar experiences , l found when l booked park hotel in calcutta last year. took charges for mattress as the bad was small to adjust all 4 members of family. kindly look into this issues.

worst hotel I have stayed at, the staff is very rude, the furniture and rooms are old,especially the mattress are hard and one can't sleep, they keep stones to support their broken beds and shout at you when you complain, no water or blanket was given to us, they charged us extra for early checkin even though it was included in the package, overall never going to stay at this hotel ever again and would never recommend anyone to do so

This hotel has lost his glory, thanks to this cheap budget operator's..who are responsible for deteriorating condition of most of these type of hotels in our country. I can understand pricing part, but safety issues, cleanliness and hygiene cant be compromised..overall worst stay and will never visit or recommend this property to anyone..

it was a bad experience. the hotel was smelling of moisture and humidity. the walls were dirty. the bathroom and the window panes were dirty. there was no hot water during my 03 baths. no breakfast available before 08:30 am so i could not avail my free breakfast. overall a very disappointing experience in such a nice area of delhi.

worst experience ever, no amenities in the room, unclean room, at night unscrupulous guests were making undue noise in the hallway. It's not even a proper a hotel, it's barely a House with the it's rooms being let out as hotel rooms. there are no windows, balcony, no sunlight inlet.
