Treebo Calista, Patel Nagar

I traveled with my wife and two kids. The hotel is good in terms of location and is easy to locate. Overall I did not like the hotel. Service was poor: - I could not watch the TV as DTH was not working. I asked them to get this fixed and left the keys at reception. When I came back after ~4 hours, I found that someone tried but could not fix the DTH. I had to follow up a few more times to get it fixed. - I asked for some help but noone showed up for >30 minutes, I had to visit kitchen myself for the thing I neede. - They asked they will provide buffet at 8 AM but it was not available until 8:50. Even then the full menu was not there only aloo-puri. They added poha to the buffet at around 9:30. Breakfast was definitely below par. - They only offer you 1L of complementary water.

Location of the hotel is fine, Staff was very diligent and responsive Rooms were okayish but with a huge flaw, Rooms themselves were fine but need severe renovation, multiple rooms existed where the bathroom was pretty much falling apart; in almost every room the bathroom door and the included furniture like the chair had black mold growing on them, which idk how can be overseen by anyone. We had to change rooms multiple times until we settled in a room where the mold deterioration was absolutely minimal not non existent but minimal, because every room had the same form of issue. if the rooms are properly renovated and all then the hotel would be deserving of 4-5 stars

As per Room Service it is pathatic, prices of fooding are over charged as per the expectation of Treebo, this time apart from the location of the Hotel nothing was worthfull, even the room service staff after asking water 2 times he was cross checking the entire room for water bottle without given it. So, overall experience was average for this time. Also the Room Tarrif was not worthfull as per the interior and other facilities offered by Treebo.

tv not working, 5 times complaint about the same , it's been an hour after check in , but no one responding... bedsheet dirty after complain they changed the same, no cleanliness... actually no one responding here, though I had already paid for 2 days of my office trip... it's disgusting, I think I had made a wrong decision
