Disappointing Check-in Experience at Treebo Pearl Dehradun I had a very disappointing experience at Treebo Pearl Dehradun. Upon check-in, instead of a warm welcome, the front office manager started arguing with me. I had booked two rooms for 2 adults and 3 children (aged 3, 10, and 12). However, the manager insisted on charging extra, claiming that older children would consume more breakfast—even though breakfast was supposed to be complimentary. This was completely unexpected and unprofessional. If there were additional charges for children, it should have been clearly mentioned at the time of booking, not imposed arbitrarily at check-in. The attitude of the staff was unwelcoming, making the start of our stay unpleasant. Hotels should focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction, but unfortunately, my experience here was frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to families expecting a hassle-free stay.

At a price of 2500, the hotel is Ok. We had asked for a room change, but were told that the hotel is full?? (On a wednesday and Only 6 cars in Hotel Parking). We had to attend a Party close by so we had to book the space. Breakfast spread is normal and ordinary.. Overall just a transit hotel..

it’s not our first time at this hotel although it was always a verygood experience and the staff is so nice and all the amenities.

Manager behaviour is not supportive to customer. pls chk Hotel food bill, not having any standard. Hotel is outskirt of Dehradun.
