Treebo Sidhartha Elite

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Even in budget hotels this wasn't what was expected especially from a Treebo hotel. There were lizards in the room, the linen was stained and bed had hair strands as if not cleaned after the previous guest. The mattress was so hard, it gave me body aches, as if I was sleeping directly on the floor. The balcony was not cleaned and was full of bird. The food wasn't available after 9pm, as basic as Rasgulla was not in kitchen. The plastic cutlery was stained and had weird food marks. And on top of everything, the staff was trying to justify to all this by saying one cannot expect facility at this property. Only plus point, the location, nothing else.

Hotel is very clean but the staff and other like food and behaviour is very bad. When check in room is not clean bed is dirty next day my vlogging stick broken by some staff when I was not in room when he is cleaning room it broken and food is pathetic. asked them them 2 roti bring 1 and asked for roti bring poori sabji . also in every food is very spicy. Last day I asked to bring some medicine mad muri for stomach infection they don't even understand moori nothing . Worse hotel aslo distance is 13 km from town. NH 19 towards gangapada. Don't book this hotel .but room and bathroom is super clean specially hand wash and body wash is awesome.

This was one of the best stays that I had ever had in Bhubaneswar. Everything ranging from reception to checkout was great. The rooms were large enough, not like those dingy little overpriced ones. The amenities provided were also very good. All in all it was a memorable stay & I would love to come back here again any day. Keep it up, team🙏👍

Towels and bedsheets were stained. Complimentary breakfast began an hour late from the scheduled time. Room service was called to collect plates at night but no one turned up until the next day morning.
