very bad experience.... only 1 charching socket...from where we have to charge mobile-laptop... one by one...even single bed-dominatries hostel provides Allister 2 charging sockets... no amenity kit... no sope, no brush, no toothpaste.... TV not working ( no recharge for chanel... ) reception told that room service will come at 9:00am then you get tooth-pest till that you will get it....and want to check-out at 8:00am.... so bad experience..... hostel 1-Bed dominaries is better than this.... with more facilities.... worst hotel till my traveling.... no security.... no dore lock is proper.... safe is not working....don't have key to reception or anybody....not functioning.... only one towel provides for both couple....

I love treebo hotels...because they have always given me the best of experiences all the times i stayed with me....I have been to treebo on 17th and 18th August 2024. When i was planning my tour with family i didn't think of any other hotels because I was damn sure that Treebo would give me the best service at an affordable price. But this time I was a little bit disappointed that the service was not so good as I expected it. The sheets were not so well washed and I even doubted that they were not fresh. When I reached for breakfast, almost all items were finished and many of the pots were not filled again. Temperature of AC in one of the rooms could not be adjusted that we had to switch it off.

Hotrep is fine but staff should improve their efficiency check in was at 12 we reached at 1 still the room where cleaning there was a waiting of 15 minutes rest everything was fine
