1. you need to take your luggage and open the room (self service) 2. the switch/power on circuit was not working and I had to go down to the reception to get this sorted 3. No complimentary water bottles and tea kits were provided 4. no soap in the soap dispenser. 5. electricity had gone off for 30+ mins with AC still working. I had to use mobile torch to get ready for the business meeting. 6. Eye wash in the name of buffet breakfast. only two options - Idli and Vada.. whereas in their rooms they have categorically mentioned - choice of egg, 2 main course, etc.. not to mention the water dripping from AC indoor vent.. not advisable at all!!!

1.No person to assist with luggage during check in 2. no handwash soap in washroom 3.water leaking from AC indoor unit 4. faulty electric circuit leading to no power for almost 30+ mins 5. Poor breakfast option (just idli Or Vada) whereas it was clearly mentioned that there will be 2 main course, bread options, egg options, etc.

The washrooms are not good They should have maintained clean floor and showers , water flow area clean in bathroom Not for family The breakfast is bad, on same price we get clean and good breakfast outside

It was a pleasant stay. The staffs were welcoming and supportive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and sufficient. The location was okay.

the rooms are good but there is lots of little bugs and cockroaches in the bathroom and cupboards if hotel should find a solution for cockroaches then everything is fine

The rate was very cheap......but the stay inside was pretty good. Only discomfort is to find a parking place. Privacy and very friendly staffs !
