I booked for a one-night stay in this hotel. I absolutely loved the room and the attached bathroom. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also very spacious. The room had a double bed, 2 small bedside tables, a mirror and a table, then another table and chair. I didn't use the TV. The room also included wardrobe and kettle. The bathroom had separate bathing space and toilet. Hot water was available. The hotel is located in a popular area, very near to the City Centre. The only downside is that they insisted on not having food from outside. For some, it might seem a huge disadvantage. They do have some good food available in their restaurant which is served at the room. Also, the hotel is situated in a lane that resembles a residential lane. It doesn't have a sign or a display board. I strongly suggest the hotel management to invest in a name board. The travelers and the Uber drivers are often confused.

It was very wonderful experience at tribbo sreema. The ambience is good , staff is very amicable and specailly the food was tasty ! Highly recommended if you are staying in salt lake area in kolkata ☺️ The ambinece and the food quality.

Overall Good however always missed to provide the basis requirements as per standards. They provide later on call otherwise no need to provide. I believe, in the future they will take care.

No hot water available in bathroom, lot of mosquitoes in and around room.and bathroom too.Even earlier check in not done,had to wait for an hour inspite of information given during booking
