Providing least rating for not answering our calls and making us wait outside the Hotel late in the night. Mr. Sachin Taneja was not answering our calls and Mr. Jha whose number is mentioned on their website is no longer employed with them. However, fortunately for us Mr. Jha answered our call and gave us the Caretaker's number who could not hear the doorbell and us banging on the door as he was drunk. We were shocked and surprised to see how a Hotel running for travelers could be so irresponsible and not answer calls and doorbells. Had it not been for Mr. Jha we would have had to spend the night on the street when we had travelled to Delhi only for a day to attend a function in the morning. This was one scary and annoying experience. Otherwise the Hotel is located in a good location and well maintained. Please make sure that you call them atleast 2-3 times before you arrive in Delhi, ask for the Caretaker's number and inform them to keep the door open if you are checking-in during the night.

Only good thing about the hotel is its location, nearby railway station and its on the road to reach out to cab and bus. But my experience with the hotel was bad as we checked in on first day it was a decent room. Next day we went outside and on our return to our surprise our room got changed. Onwer of the property comes and say as the room was booked by international guest via airbnb we have to give the room. No phone call was made to me regarding this before doing this. I was extrenely tired and i had to face this. My entire luggae shifted from my room to another room which includes my personal stuff, which is absolulety unacceptable. I would never recommend such hotel to any of my known ones as they dont value the Indian customer. Truly disappointed with the hotel.

I liked this property because even though it's a bed n breakfast, they take the hospitality service very seriously. When I first visited this place I noted that it was neat, clean and well-maintened. The quiet surroundings and their internal courtyard were an added bonus, resonant with the Buddhist theme they chose for interiors. And, unlike many other BnBs, the room that I chose was exactly the one they showed in the picture. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good hospitality with homely-feel. Very much looking forward to coming back

Check-in was seamless. The first room we got had some issue with air conditioning, but then the management immediately moved us to a new room once we informed. Really great place and amazing ambience plus 3 mins drive to HZNM station They really kept the place clean and felt like a home than hotel. Amazing complementary breakfast was served the moment we reached. The rooms, kitchen, bathroom were all great and overall a very pleasant experience. The staff was very polite and helpful
