Though the property is old, its well maintained. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. The food is sooo yum. The ambience is amazing , as expected. We ordered in room dining as well as went for the buffet. And the food is sooo soooo good. We had some issues very late in the night and they rectified it promptly. I went with my family and all of us including the kids had an amazing time at Trident Chennai. This is our go to place whenever we visit chennai next. Highly recommend this property. The property is like a heritage property spread across horizontally rather than vertically. The rooms are decent sized and clean. The service is really good and the staff is very kind. They seem to care about their guests and would address any issues quickly. Highly recommended for family, friends and / or couples. Also good for staycations. Courteous Staff

Lovely staff with great behavioural and interpersonal skills. Neat and clean property with peaceful environment. Great vibe. Great interior and exterior to get amazing pictures. My favourite is lotus decoration in big copper bowl which feels so royal and beautiful. Great ambiance. Good food. Quick services.

this is really good. we stayed for 1 night and I must say the room was very clean and all facilities was there. the breakfast was also very good. very close to airport only takes 8 minutes from hotel. worth staying. extra bed, breakfast and comfortable

It was a amazing stay with a beautiful open pool area . They took care of everything specially Abhishek at housekeeping , Siva Alagan (Executive housekeeper) and chef Laxman and all hotel staff.The lush greenery and soothing environment.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend. 5/5 on Customer satisfaction. Everyone is so nice over there. Near to Airport and they’ll even provide a cab for pick up and drop from the airport. I’ll definitely stay here next time I visit Chennai.
