Pros -) 1. Room service and reception staff is extreme polite and kind. 2. King suite with balcony is really good room with amazing view from balcony which include mountain view and hamta view. 3. Room and washroom hygiene with 24 hour hot water although till 11 am water will be less hot compare to all day. 4. Wifi and all the room amenities are well maintained. Cons -) 1. Far from city centre like mall road, taxi fares can be very high. 2. Food prices too high in the hotel and reception should know that its not ok to call guest at early morning for breakfast and all. 3. Not much dhaba and traditional restaurant around the hotel area to taste local dishes.

Hotel situating in wonderful place with mountain view , recommends King suit with balcony for better experiance. Food was delicious and tasty , really enjoyed the hygine. Almost 4.5 km from mall road . There is bus access (Rs.10) and taxi/auto (Rs.150 - 200 ). The hospitality and behavior of staff would hit more than 5 star. Thanks to the tripli Hotels team 😍

Great view from room. Hotel is at quiet area, Prini, away from main city around 3Km from Mall road. Room was well maintained. Vijay was very helpful and supportive in managing the stay and cab as well. Took only breakfast, it was fine. As there was no lift hence it can be con for some.

it was a wonderful stay. I reached at 7.30 the cheking time was 1pm, they got me a room instantly without a question and also upgraded me to a room with balcony. I will definitely come back to this place.
