Room was tidy enough that's good, Despite, very conjugated, Although Towel, sample soap were not provided in bathroom. No proper signal for mobile data network in Room number 505, 202 as well. It's ok. We can manage all these mentioned problems without any issues. But, In addition to that,They haven't provided proper WiFi connectivity, even if they have mentioned this facility in online booking platforms, Due to this reason, they ruined my VISA interview.*Elevator was not working due to power supply interruption. All lights including air conditioner were became turned off when electricity gone.WASTE OF MONEY, POOR SERVICE OF STAFFS INCLUDING RECEPTIONISTS. STRONGLY DISAPPOINTED 🤬🤐🤐😬

Room neat. But nearly 15 mosquitoes invited me . There were ants on the bed. No table in the room . There were no hangers .The hotel beside a narrow road where it is difficult to find out and distant from main road. Even though the booking was done a day before the room was not ready. The first room given was changed as the tv was not working.They could have arranged the room early as it was a paid booking. So I do not recommend this hotel .

I was on a business trip to Ernakulam. This hotel I stayed in was a good host for the night. The room was good and clean, and the location was also convenient enough. Only one concern area was that there was no staff at the reception initially, and water, basic amenities were also not provided. Otherwise it was a great stay at the hotel.

My overall stay at this hotel was really nice. The location was convenient and they have great and well-behaved staff. Services and facilities were good at the hotel. The room in which I stayed in was good and the washroom was also clean. Hygiene at the property was properly maintained.

Staff behavior was excellent at this hotel. But the location was a bit difficult to navigate. They did not provide basic amenities, there were no pillows on the bed. The room was also not that great. As per location there was railway tracks nearby the property. It was an average stay.

I have stayed in the property and my overall stay was cozy. Staff behavior was good and the hotel amenities were fine. The property has no proper entertainment equipment. I had food over there and the quality was good. Location of the property was convenient for me.

The location of the property is very inside from the main road and it was very difficult for me to locate the property. The road which is connecting to the property is also very narrow. The room was very small and uncomfortable.

Hotel is good in terms of location, staff behaviour was good but in there are something have to added like Water and Food facilities should have to be there. They are not providing the water bottle in room during stay.
