Everything is satisfactory except food which was not available in this hotel. Receptionist behavior & cooperation is remarkably good, room amenities & house keeping staffs were good. Only due to not availability of own restaurant food not available. Location wise good very closed to Bhubaneshwar railway station but far from Bus stand.

One star only for location, rest everything was bad - 1. Dirty & smelly linens 2. Ac & window full of dust 3. No food available except Thali 4. Greedy management, asked for Rs 400 for room updrage right away couldn't wait till checkout 5. No card payment 6. Book if you are not getting room anywhere else

The hotel was near railway station and the room was average they allowed 2 hours early check in to me. The two main concern about this hotel was the washroom was really dirty and the blanket they provided had a foul smell. When I requested them to change it they refused it.

I have paid including GST @/- per day but they have provided a room which is like a godown, bathroom also not attached, it is outside the room, I am very much disappointed about this room, what they have provided. I think I have been chitted.

2 AC and fan was not working properly room needed to shifted after checkin but still AC problem was there and water did not came in bathroom while bathing it was stop and after complain they were responded vry lately.
