• we last visited this place in 2021 and were so impressed that we chose to celebrate this year's wedding anniversary at tropicana.and to our surprise, dissatisfaction kicked in from the check in process itself. i have never experienced a longer check in process anywhere else. why was it so inefficient, i just couldn't understand. we checked in on sunday late afternoon and therefore i can say that it wasn't even peak time/hour of the day.anyway we checked in to our villa and from then on everything we saw or experienced seemed so outdated, old, broken, dysfunctional, and totally mismanaged.i took some pictures as well of the state of things inside the villa.we faced frequent power cuts and one time even water supply got disrupted for few min.inside the room the telephone looked something from my grandfather's times. it still used that old style pulse dialing. one had to press the buttons hard to get the number dialing.i had to walk to the reception to enquire about power cuts. extremely wise the reception gave me an explanation that icouldnt control but laugh at the stupidity or should i say his ineptitude to handle such queries.food menu was equally bad. hardly any options to explore from. and worst of all the prices were horrendous.1 bottle of water for rs. 105 plus taxesvada pav for rs 350 plus taxes1 tea for rs 185 plus taxes1 phulka for rs. 150 plus taxesthese are the few i could recollect. we have seen higher prices in restaurants but not in such unpleasant setting.we will never visit this place ever and will never recommend this to anyone.

• nice property, good villas and i would definitely recommend. staff is also very helpful. However the only suggestion to property management is that they can probably do better work in cleanliness. nice pool, garden and activity area. kids loved the chess and activity in gardens

• The pool was a showstopper. The folks on staff were great. The food was good. The grounds are getting old but saw some renovation. But great!

• Where do I start, the experience was extremely pathetic! The staff at the reception seemed lazy, unwelcoming and judgmental. Here's how it went downhill right after the check in: 1. No hand-wash soap/liquid available - reminded them thrice. 2. Had to remind them twice to welcome us with a welcome drink 3. No set top box- reminded them twice to get it sorted 4. No bathroom slippers or floor mat. We almost slipped and fell after using the washroom and entering the room. 5. No bottles of water were given- had to call them up to arrange the same. 6. The jacuzzi was dirty, filled with pigeon litter and shit- had to clean it ourselves before using it as at this point we had lost hope from their service. 7. No hot water in the jacuzzi was the final touch of this experience. The property looks good but the room service, the people's response to your queries wasn't even at par with the standards they claim to have. Same as above!

• the resort has excellent potential but feels overpriced right now. at the current price point, you expect much more finesse with maintenance and service quality. they are undergoing a huge expansion. hopefully will live up to its promise thereafter

• Swimming pool was not cleaned and with insects. When i asked to clean the person said its like this only and no one will clean. I also requested to decorate my room but said as they do not have resources.

• resort is very good. one can chill out whole day in resort , but only food is very expensive
