There are plenty of reasons for this rating. We were charged 30% extra of the room price for a 2 hour early check-in although the room was vacant. Maybe it was because we made the booking through a third party application. Even tea was not served until evening inspite of asking multiple times after check-in. The hotel arranged a cab for our tour to Puri for which they charged an extra amount of commission which we were unaware of. The water served in the room was like tap water filled in bisleri bottles. The bottles were not sealed. One of the worst experiences ever. For those who are planning to stay here I would recommend you to give it a second thought.
