the attitude of staff was highly unprofessional and rude.i wasn't preinformed that I will be charged extra money for late check-out just for 24 minutes. t , making false stories. extra according to one hour delay but I was late by 24 mins to be exact. The staff was pathetic and biased . I don't recommend any Indian to waste their high earned money and mental peace on this hotel.

it was a very pleasant stay at Vacanzaa.We stayed for 3 days and it felt like a next home to us. staff was very active and helpful in assisting with any issues. We really enjoyed the hospitality provided by them. if we get the food options there as well, it would be great but anyways it was manageable via online food aggregators.

Very unprofessional staff, Poor service, arrogant, don't fall on fancy and catchy room, once you checkin they start showing their true colour, no food service they tell its under maintenance please manage by outside

Don’t go by the name or looks you’ll regret it! No amenities provided just a 2 rupees soap in the name of toiletries. Regular power cuts but no working power backup. Worst!!
