Prime location. The room provided was having excellent view. Very spacious room having all basic amenities and clean bathroom. Hotel staff was very courteous, especially Pradeep. There's restriction of hot water all around ooty, but they provided two buckets extra when we checked in. Only disadvantage is this being right on the coonoor road, there was always movement of traffic and hence noise with it. Plug sockets are very few. Overall great stay for around .. bucks. Being near to city centre, all modes of transport and food options were availanle nearby only.

The room was quite clean, the staff was courteous. They have an in-house restaurant with good food. My room had a great view as well of the ooty hills. They have hot water facility in the morning for Washrooms. The hotel is locted on the Ooty-Conoor Road, You will be able to walk to the Botanical gardens, Charring cross and the Tibet Market. You can get to the railway station and bus stand by Auto, it will charge 100 from the hotel.

We stayed 3 Nights in Presidential Suite room. Stay was awesome. Manager Kannan was very cooperative in arranging local trip n cab from airport. Room was super with all amenities. worth more than what I paid. Room services was prompt. On the flip side, there is scope to improve food taste. Need more South Indian food items in night. Overall nice hotel in prime location. I would recommend it to my friends n family.

very convinient, comfortable experience. this was my second stay at hotel venus and they again deliver to what they have promised. very courteous and helping staff. i booked the superior room (per my liking) and i got it without any complaints. i’m thankful to the staff for making my stay amazing.

we booked superior room for 3 nights but they gave us suit room with out any extra charge. Hot water will come. Hotel is at the center of ooty. so it's easy to see ooty by walk. Hospitality in the hotel is very good. For families you can prefer this hostel without any hesitations.
