Nice stay , very well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful, the beach is at walking distance, restaurants and shops are just downstairs , ATM as wll , public transport is just on the main road , the view frol ghe terrace is nice - you can see the beach and sun set. Overall a pleasent stay.

Nice stay, well behaved owner. Good location. ( walkable distance from donapaula view point , caranzalem beach is visible from roof top (need to cross the road to reach). Many shops are there beside the building.

The hotel is situated right in the residential area. There was no restaurant for in house dining. Services were managed by the hotel staff and as I stayed limited hours so no such limitation was there.

Nice location. Services were managed by both owner and staff, but owner was helpful and nice. Free WiFi/Internet facility was provided and everything was good on the stay.
